Shipping and Returns

WE SHIP OUR PRODUCTS WITH ROYAL MAIL SIGNED FOR SERVICE
 
We want to make sure your Action Baby Carrier arrives safely so all our carrier shipping options require a signature on delivery (replacement parts do not require a signature).  In the UK you can choose first or second class delivery.  For Europe we use a secure, signed for service which usually takes 3-5 days.

£4.95 1st Class Signed For (1-2 days)
£9.99 for Fast, secure shipping available across Europe.
RETURNS POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  Faulty products are covered for 12 months from purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same unworn condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We recommend Royal Mail Signed for or Special Delivery. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment at most within 30 days but normally much quicker.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items will be refunded at the sale price only.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective - we carefully inspect all of our stock but please let us know right away if you discover a fault with the carrier or part.  Where an item is faulty we will refund your shipping costs to return it to us.  We cannot process a refund or exchange until we have received and inspected the carrier.
